Day 7 - July 12, 2012

Students endure the heat and practice safe habits as the temperatures rise.  No one said mural painting was easy!  Thanks to the Keith Center Supervisor, Adam Dackers, we finally have some shade!

At this stage the artist works one on one with the students to introduce different painting techniques.  Students choose a type of flower to paint on the wall and continue painting the flower across the almost 600 sq ft of wall.  This allows them time to practice and improve the specific blending, color placement, and shading techniques associated with that flower.
